Applied Leadership in Small Unit Operations

Catalog description

The student applies the fundamentals of direct-level leadership and small unit tactics at the platoon level. The student learns to plan, coordinate, navigate, motivate, and lead a platoon in the execution of a mission. It includes a lab each week, using peer (MS III) facilitation overseen by MS IVs and supervised by ROTC Cadre. Semester(s) Offered: Spring
