Catalog description

The course begins with analytical techniques, creative thinking skills, and the Army problem-solving process as related to situations leaders face when making decisions. Troop Leading Procedures and Operation Order lead Cadets to an understanding of Army Doctrine and Symbology. Squad tactics are covered in classes during Multidomain Operations, Offensive Operations, and Defensive Operations. Cadets apply their knowledge outside the classroom during hands-on performance-oriented environments at a weekly lab facilitated by MS III Cadets, supervised by MS IVs and cadre.
