Catalog description

Motivational factors that influence the use of licit and illicit drugs are explored and the psychological, socio-cultural and pharmacological/biochemical risk factors for abuse or dependence are identified. Systems providing effective drug education, prevention, treatment and interdiction are also evaluated. Semester(s) Offered: Fall, Spring
