Restriction(s): Admission to the Nursing Major Overview of the historical aspects of professional nursing with emphasis on the development of nursing theories, nursing research, legal, ethical principles and their impact on current nursing practice. The role of communication and teaching/learning in nursing practice will be emphasized.
