Global Leadership Development

Catalog description

The course includes exposure to content related to the increasingly diverse nature of the global work environment, effective management of human capital in that environment, and how one’s personal skill level can be improved to maximize leadership potential. Through interactive assignments and exercises, students will be encouraged to develop a global diversity mindset that will enhance one’s ability to emerge as a leader in their field.
