Senior Recording Project II

Catalog description

Students engage in post-production practices including copyright registration, Performing Rights Organization registration, promotional strategies, and collaboration with students in other disciplines for artwork, then apply them to demos recorded in MCJ Senior Recording Project I to produce an electronic press kit. The course culminates with a student presentation of their projects through a formal music release package submitted to a faculty committee and a public lecture presentation of their materials.
