A grade of ‘C’ or better in EXSS 350 / EXSS 350L Corequisite(s): EXSS 385 An applied course that reinforces the basic principles and skills learned in Exercise Testing and Prescription ( EXSS 385 ). Emphasis placed on the proper techniques associated with assessing health-related components of physical fitness for the development of appropriate exercise prescriptions for individuals/clients.
