Teaching Early Childhood Mathematics

Catalog description

This course focuses on the constructivist approach to teaching and learning mathematics, instructional methods and materials that encourage early childhood students to think mathematically, and practices that align with the South Carolina State Standards for mathematics. Throughout the course, class work is connected to the field experience. Semester(s) Offered: Fall, Spring
