Catalog description

Develops and strengthens successful public speaking skills for a variety of contexts. Topics may include audience analysis, nonverbal communication, clear and concise messaging, argument development, and delivery skills to enhance confidence and credibility. Through a blend of theory and practical exercises, students acquire skills in speech planning, organization, delivery, and evaluation. Semester(s) Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer
