Contract Law is an introduction to the nature of contracts. This course will concentrate on the fundamentals of contract law, which in large part form the basis of most other areas of law. Areas to be covered will include offer, assent, consider- ation, capacity, illegal bargains, written requirements, rights of third parties, performance, breach, and discharge.
