This course is designed to prepare students for success in work and in life. Course content includes communication skills, goal setting, customer service skills, workplace diver - sity, and employment strategies. Students are taught skills and processes that can improve the effectiveness of their personal lives and lead to greater professional competency through self-assessment and a better understanding of the interactions that occur among individuals and groups.
