Catalog description

Out-of-class lab work required. Intermediate to advanced level drawing and/or painting studio course. The course is structured around a common theme or mode of inquiry or combination of media, relevant to contemporary painting and/or drawing. Art historical context is discussed. Individual expression and exploration of painting and/or drawing is encouraged and expected.
