This course offers an immersive learning experience designed to develop key skills in managing and leading nonprofit organizations. Through a combination of interactive workshops, applied assignments, and a capstone project, students will gain expertise in areas such as fundraising, program evaluation, strategic management, and nonprofit budgeting. This course provides a hands-on approach to solving challenges in the nonprofit sector and prepares students to lead with confidence and drive positive change in their organizations.
