Prerequisite(s): Junior standing and UST 404 with grade C or better or instructor permission. Introduction to basic concepts of research; examines types of research and the use of theory, hypotheses, and inquiry; develops familiarity with urban databases and other computer applications; introduces program evaluation methods and ethical considerations in research and evaluation.
