Catalog description

Pre-req: Completion of the Core Curriculum Research & Professional Writing requirement. PSY 409: Social Justice examines structural inequities and systemic racism by exploring the historical connections and intersectionality of race, class, gender, and/or sexual orientation in the United States. Additionally, PSY 409: Social Justice fulfills the requirements of the General Education Program for African American Experience (AAE) and Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC). For WAC courses, students must complete the general education Writing/Composition requirement.
