Politics and Political Economy in the European Union

Catalog description

Prerequisite: Completion of the Core Curriculum Research & Professional Writing requirement and must have at least sophomore standing to be eligible for this course. The course will explore the institutions and policy making process of the European Union (EU) and the theoretical traditions in the study of European integration. The institutional form of the EU and the type of European political economy and “polity” which is emerging.
