Catalog description
Prerequisites: PRM 344 and BUS 201. This course focuses on the skills required to apply financial concepts to the management of commercial and residential property. Students develop an understanding of the economics of real estate investment and how economic trends affect property management decisions. By learning the financial concepts, tools, and calculations required to manage an investment portfolio, they learn to think strategically and apply their knowledge and skills to case studies and projects throughout the course.
