Prerequisite: Must have at least junior standing and have completed ENG 101 and ENG 102. Examines in detail the leasing and marketing of income-producing properties, including residential, office, retail and industrial spaces. Explores the tools required to produce telephone presentations, prospect interviews, demonstrations, and internet leasing. Covers rental procedures and leasing laws.
