Prerequisite: OSM 311 or permission of the instructor. This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive and integrated understanding of supply chain management, supply chain strategy, supply network design, demand planning and management, sourcing and procurement, buyer-supplier relationship management, ethical and sustainable sourcing, resource planning systems, domestic and global logistics management, service response logistics, distribution and inventory, lean supply chain systems, customer relationship management, performance metrics, supply chain disruptions and risk, sustainable supply chain management.
