Catalog description

Prerequisite: Admission to the nursing program or permission of the instructor. Corequisite: TBSN/ABSN/OABSN: NUR 332. This clinical course complements the didactic Adult & Family Health Nursing course, providing applied learning experiences in acute care and community settings. Students will deliver evidence-based care to adults and families with complex health alterations, emphasizing family dynamics, cultural sensitivity, and interprofessional collaboration. Learning activities include direct patient care and selected high-fidelity simulations to strengthen clinical judgment and teamwork.
