Music Therapy Pre-Practicum Seminar

Catalog description

Prerequisites: Music Therapy majors only; successful completion of MTX 280, MTX 281, and MTX 290 or MTX 190. Co-requisites: MTX 271. Development of clinical song leading, clinical musicianship, and therapeutic skills in preparation for practicum coursework. Supervised clinical experience is included in this course. This course must be successfully completed with at least a B- (80%) for this course to be counted towards the music therapy bachelor’s degree (or its post-bac equivalent).
