Prerequisites: A grade of ‘C’ or better in MTH 286, MTH 288, and at least one mathematics course numbered 300 or above. This course studies fundamental tools and perspectives for Applied Mathematics. This includes various topics in ordinary and partial differential equations, integral equations, and calculus of variations, as well as specific applications to engineering and the sciences.
