Leadership for Change

Catalog description

This course introduces first-year students to the process of inquiry as a tool for leadership and positive change in organizations. Students will identify issues affecting campus life, design and conduct basic research, and present evidence-based recommendations that connect directly to CSU resources. Along the way, students will strengthen their collaboration, communication, and analytical skills while reflecting on their own academic and personal growth as members of the CSU community.
