Catalog description

This course provides a sociological analysis of the transition to college and introduces students to college life in general and CSU more specifically. It addresses the following questions: What social factors influence one’s transition to college? What factors are associated with student success in college? How can students utilize resources at CSU to promote their success? What general strategies can be utilized to encourage success in college and beyond?
