Comics and Their Influence

Catalog description

Through the studying of comics, this course will assist new students in making a successful transition to Cleveland State University both academically and personally. The course aims to help students develop and practice skills in the areas of critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and others that can contribute to success in college and beyond. We will practice these skills while examining the historical and societal impact of comic books.
