Pre-requisites to enroll include a minimum overall GPA of 2.75 and enrollment in the Health and Wellness Coaching certificate. This course serves as an introduction to the field of health and wellness coaching. Students will learn about the coaching scope of practice, a history of the field, settings for practice, ethical considerations and the core competencies of a health and wellness coach as determined by the National Consortium for Credentialing Health & Wellness Coaches (NCCHWC).
