Catalog description

Prerequisites: Students should have completed course HCA 301, all BS HCM Major Business Core courses and required math courses with grades of C or higher. The Healthcare Law course provides an overview of the legal issues which impact the business of Healthcare and those who manage such entities. This course covers the evolution of the US Healthcare system, the laws, and regulations which govern it, the basics of our legal system, information on how Healthcare laws, and information on enforcement. Minimum of a grade of C or higher for all HCM majors.
