Catalog description

Prerequisite: Completion of the Core Curriculum Research & Professional Writing requirement. This course is available only to students in the Bachelor of Arts in General Studies program. This course is an orientation to the interdisciplinary General Studies program, its requirements, and philosophy. In this course, students will design a meaningful academic and career path by exploring their past experiences, interests, and aspirations. Students will develop a portfolio to document prior learning for potential college credit, while using life design principles to chart a path to degree completion and careers.
