Catalog description

Prerequisite: Student must have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher to be eligible for this course. This course is one of the courses in the TESOL program needed for TESOL endorsement, certification and/or TESOL specialization. This course prepares candidates to understand and apply knowledge of the impact of academic, personal, familial, socio-cultural and sociopolitical contexts on the education and language acquisition of English learners/multilingual language learners.
