Capstone Design

Catalog description

Prerequisites: Completion of the Core Curriculum Research & Professional Writing requirement, CVE 426. This capstone course is the second course in a two-course series wherein students learn to complete a technical project from start to finish and then apply that knowledge along with previously developed principles of civil engineering to a civil engineering design project. Previously formed teams carryout their proposed design work under the supervision of civil engineering faculty and industry representatives. Registration must be in the semester immediately following the completion of CVE 426.
