Prerequisites: ESC 250 or MTH 286 (Differential Equations); Pre- or Co-requisite: ESC 152 (Matlab). Explores structure-function and control across the cardiovascular (heart and blood vessels), respiratory, lymphatic, endocrine, reproductive, and renal systems. Lectures emphasize physiological mechanisms and integrated organ-system function, while experiments and computational labs apply biomedical engineering tools to model and interpret system behavior.
