Topics include elements of legal contracts, proof, inadmissible evidence, discharge, breach, and termination; statutes of fraud and limitations; principal-agent relationships; nature of partnerships and essentials of partnership agreements; formation and organization of corporations; powers and regulations of foreign corporations; Uniform Partnership and Ohio General Corporation Acts.
