Catalog description

Prerequisites: ALD 605, ALD 607, ALD 645, and ALD 663 OR permission of the instructor. Required capstone course for the Adult, Professional and Higher Education program. This course is the required exit option for students who choose NOT to complete a thesis. Students will choose the 1) research-based, 2) project-based or 3) internship-based approach to demonstrate their comprehensive knowledge, skills, and experiences in adult learning and development; adult, professional and higher education; organizational learning and change; and program planning. Approaches will compel students to take charge of compiling proof of what they have learned. The end result provides students with a product that they can use in their portfolio as they further their career.
