Catalog description

Prerequisite: IST 203 and ACT 221; must be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Business systems as viewed by the profession of accounting: system analysis, flow-charting, and system design from a range of firms with a minimum of electronic and mechanical devices to firms employing the most sophisticated types of electronic data-processing equipment; emphasis on business system design to accumulate and communicate information to officials controlling the activities of the enterprise.
