Introduction to Broadcasting

Catalog description

This course provides students with an understanding of the operations and functions of radio and television broadcasting. Students will learn how broadcasting and the electronic media operate including programming, production and distribution, networks, local stations, advertising and promotion, audience ratings and new technologies.
