Catalog description

This course explores approaches to conflict transformation that are rooted in compassion, contemplative listening, genuine dialogue, and constructive social change. Students will be trained in compassionate communication, designing reflective structured dialogue processes, facilitating difficult conversations around polarizing topics, and transformative approaches to engaging conflict.
