Catalog description

Self-care for chaplains and other caregivers may be one of the most neglected parts of the job. If chaplains don't care for themselves, they will be unable to perform their duties. This course provides an opportunity to explore and cultivate practices for self-assessment, self-renewal and development, and self-care.
