Second in a three-part series. This course focuses on the principles and practice of theatrical costume design, including basic design aspects, playscript and character analysis, research techniques, costume maintenance and costume rendering. Students learn costume construction and costume design techniques through a series of hands-on projects. May be repeated for up to 6 credits.
