Catalog description

This course will demonstrate fundamental medical coding skills for professional services, such as physicians, mid-level providers, etc. Students will explore the basics of diagnostic and procedural medical coding related to the International Classification of Diseases, Revision 10-Clinical Modification (ICD-10 CM), Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Code Sets.
