Integrated Literacy Methods

Catalog description

This course develops an understanding of how to integrate literacy methods across the curriculum. Literacy concepts and skills are explored, identified, and developed. Emphasis is placed on the role of literacy in the development of the whole student and on the specific skills students need to be successful in their CTE field. Designed for CTE instructors, but anyone interested in integrating literacy would benefit from this class.
