Catalog description

This course includes technical and practical lab application of haircoloring and chemical texture services. Haircolor services shall include but not be limited to hair analysis, predisposition test and strand tests, formulation and mixing, categories of haircolor, coloring, bleaching, color removers. Chemical texture services shall include but not be limited to hair analysis, chemical straightening using sodium hydroxide and thioglycolic solutions, and chemical waving using acidic and alkaline solutions.
