A course that meets requirements for the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)120-hour home inspection course. Topics include: standards and reports, exterior cladding, exterior structures, roofing and foundations, interiors, electrical systems, heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. Students participate in field inspection lab activity and take a certification exam. A comprehensive final score of 70% is required to pass the course. Prerequisites: None View Sections
