A hands-on introduction to the principles of inheritance and genetic analysis. Through model-organism crosses, DNA extraction, and molecular genotyping, students examine patterns of inheritance, gene mapping, and the analysis of genetic variation. Prerequisites: BI-216/L Co-requisite: BI-307
