Catalog description

In this course, students will critically analyze medical literature to make clinical decisions based on current best evidence in medicine. Students will systematically analyze medical literature, demonstrate knowledge of study designs and statistical methods, and examine patient characteristics and preferences. In addition, students will evaluate diagnostic and therapeutic effectiveness of treatment modalities.
