Advisory: Completion of RE-410. Case method study of escrow procedures, including the actual processing of sale escrow. Topics include: encumbrances, interest adjustments, reconveyance, mortgages, insurance, taxes, fees, unique vocabulary, title policy types, drawing of documents, and other processing details pertinent to the handling of an escrow from inception to closing. The course helps to fulfill the education requirements for broker's and real estate salesperson's licenses.
