Catalog description
Advisory: Completion of KINACT-32A, or six months of prior grappling experience is recommended. This course builds upon the basic techniques and strategies of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu covered in Beginning Jiu-Jitsu. Focus is placed on take downs, advanced guard techniques, sweeps, submissions, and escapes. General conditioning, coordination, and body movement will also be emphasized. Transfer: CSU; UC
