Catalog description

Prerequisite: ITIS-10 (formerly CIS-1). In this course students will learn the concepts and skills that build the foundations of project management-project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement-within an information technology (IT) environment. This course specifically builds project management skills in the information technology field and helps to prepare students for project management certifications exams, such as CompTIA Project+ or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
