Catalog description

Advisory: Completion of ESL-632, or eligibility for ESL-642 as determined by the Chaffey College ESL placement process and/or guided self placement. This is the fourth multi-skills core course in the study of English reading, writing, listening, and speaking designed for students whose first language is not English. The course further develops and adds to the skills taught in ESL 632: grammar and sentence structure, paragraph organization and development, reading, and speaking skills. May be taken twice.
