Catalog description
Instruction in listening, speaking, and oral interaction of English, targeted at beginning and intermediate ESL students. Focus on listening comprehension, vocabulary development, speaking and pronunciation skills to improve fluency. Topics include: various everyday language themes like shopping, securing housing, or taking a trip; and all English vowels and consonant sounds. Emphasis will be on clear oral speech. May be taken twice. Non-credit
