Prerequisite: MATH-65A. Structured programming concepts applied to engineering problem types, such as center of mass, ballistics, column buckling, design, and reduction of experimental data. Structured approach used, with applications to flow charts and computer programming. Mathematical techniques include iterative solution, bisection, Raphson-Newton, statistics, and matrix operations.
